Hi, my name is Scott 👋

I enjoy working on challenging, interesting, and high impact problems.

The world of data engineering ticks these boxes for me; I have found the work stimulating and impactful.

I currently work at a bank where I am increasing the value of a core data-centric system. This system drastically de-risks current and future technology migrations, and also reduces the bank's exposure to cyber risk.

I've also worked on machine learning models that help the bank connect with customers who are in the consideration stage of their home buying journeys.

Outside of work, I'm involved in the Good Data Institute.

In my final year of university, I worked at an ecommerce start up where I (among other things) built an automated system for dashboard deployment, refreshing, and monitoring that operated on customers' cloud instances.
